Responsibilities: As a Commercial Grounds Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to carry outgeneral ground's maintenance tasks on commercial properties.
Your work will directly contribute tothe upkeep and aesthetic appeal of these spaces.
Key responsibilities include:Lawn care, mowing, and snippingLandscape maintenance and plant carePest and weed controlHardscape maintenanceSeasonal cleanup and debris removal Conservation and Land Management Duties: In addition to general grounds maintenance, you will also be involved in conservation and landmanagement activities, such as:Native plant installationWeed IdentificationImplementing sustainable landscaping practicesHabitat restoration and managementCollaborating with a team of dedicated professionalsRequirementsTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Grounds Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in commercial grounds maintenance isessential.Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial when it comes to maintaining the aesthetics ofcommercial properties.
Reliability: Dependability is key in delivering consistent and high-quality maintenance services.
Qld Construction White Card: Possession of a Qld Construction White Card is required.
Chemical Spray Experience: Experience with chemical spraying for weed control and pestmanagement is preferred.
