**The Role: Kindergarten Teacher**

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to lead our exceptional kindergarten program. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and coordinate engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of each child.
- Facilitate transition-to-school programs and prepare transition reports within designated timeframes.
- Organise and conduct parent information nights twice a year.
- Work closely with families, colleagues, and allied professionals to create a stimulating and safe learning space.
- Ensure programs align with the National Quality Standards, the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012.
- Participate in monthly team meetings to collaborate and drive excellence.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A passionate educator with a **Bachelor of Early Childhood Education**childcare background is highly desired.
- **VIT registration (including provisional).**:

- **Current First Aid qualification, including Anaphylaxis and Asthma** (support available to obtain this).
- Strong knowledge and experience with the **Early Years Learning Framework**.
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in written documentation and planning.
- A proactive, solution-focused, and positive can-do attitude.
- Availability **5 days a week**.
- Experience with **KindyHub** is a bonus

Pay: $30.57 - $50.67 per hour
