Working within our SIL(Supported Independant Living)homes, you will support people with disabilities to live as independently as possible.In this role you will be based in Residential care home sites in Toowoomba caring for the disabled clients, providing daily personal care, using manual handling tools and managing any complex behaviours.
Ideal applicant will have Cert 3 Qualification (Desirable) and experience with SIL home Environment and with complex behaviour.Your key duties will include:Helping people achieve their NDIS goals by developing daily skills such as housekeeping, personal care, social skills, and budgeting.Assisting with personal care as required, meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and facilitating community connections.Supporting daily activities, such as going for walks, attending movies, or accompanying appointments.Helping maintain connections with family, friends, and services.Salary Packaging Benefits: Package up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax-free, increasing your take-home pay.
