One of Australia's most dynamic Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced **Release Manager **to look after the establishment and execution of their Release Management process.** **The role can be based from either their Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne office with the ability to work a few days a week from home. The successful **Release Manager **will be** **offered a** 12-month contract partnered with a 12-month extension option.**

The successful** Release Manager **will be responsible for the below:

- Establishing and maintaining Release Management processes in consultation with relevant business stakeholders
- Coordinating recurring reviews and refinements of release content based on prioritised and non-functional backlogs
- Conducting Release Readiness Reviews, Milestone Reviews and Business Go/No-Go Reviews
- Driving regular Release Management forums using work management tools

The successful **Release Manager **will have experience in the following:

- 3-5 years experience establishing and managing Release Management processes
- Enterprise level experience in managing Releases on contemporary platforms and architecture such as MuleSoft and Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of Project Management, Software Development and Configuration Testing
- Relevant tertiary qualification or industry recognised qualifications
