TREND is a dynamic and modern cafe & restaurant dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee, delicious food, and outstanding customer experiences. We are looking for a passionate and skilled **Barista/All-Rounder** to join our team

**About the Role**: We're seeking a friendly and energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee, assisting with front-of-house duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a warm, welcoming manner.
- Assist with food preparation, service, and general restaurant duties as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 3 years experience as a barista with strong coffee-making skills (latte art).
- A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch customer service.
- Flexibility to work busy periods as required.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Barista: 3 years (preferred)
