Immediately Available opportunity for a Project Delivery Team Lead to manage Accommodation Projects on behalf of the Department. You will manage the delivery of capital works projects allocated to outsourced providers to schedule, quality, scope and budget in accordance with relevant legislation and government policies.

The Opportunity
- Lead the Project Delivery, this position will be a standalone role, no direct reports
- Project manage the delivery of multiple capital works projects to meet project objectives of scope, quality, timeliness, budget and client expectations
- Negotiate commercial project agreements and contracts on behalf of clients with third party vendors
- Monitor third party vendors for compliance with government policies and standards on quality, methodology, documentation, and governance practices
- Manage KPI, benefit realisation tracking and outcome-based contract establishment processes including identifying opportunities to improve outcomes, efficiency, and value for money
- Monitor project budgets and deadlines on contract deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients

About You
- Experience working in a similar role most recently
- Demonstrated extensive experience in managing change and establishing governance systems, processes, and policies
- Demonstrated ability to analyse internal and external data inputs from a range of sources to produce meaningful reports, briefs, and recommendations
- Demonstrated capacity to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and clients with competing demands to achieve agreed outcomes, with a strong focus on client service delivery and in a manner that identifies opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- High level of written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate, negotiate and present in a professional manner
