In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and issuing loan documentation, coordinating signatures, and conducting due diligence.
You'll liaise closely with our broker network and internal sales team to ensure smooth and accurate documentation processes.Your day-to-day will involve:Processing document requestsConfirming and processing new supplier accreditationsPreparing broker accreditations for approvalReviewing documentation for processingConducting online searches such as identity checks, PPSR, and ASICAuthorising document checklists for final approvalEnsuring no changes have occurred to loan approval profiles in collaboration with the credit teamWe're looking for someone with:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailConfidence in using Microsoft Office and online verification toolsA proactive, enthusiastic approachA mindset that's eager to learn, resilient in the face of challenges, and flexible in adapting to changing prioritiesTo succeed in this role, you'll bring experience from banking, financial services, or broking, ideally with exposure to equipment finance.
