We're seeking an experienced **Counsellor** to join our team of courageous multi-disciplinary clinicians dedicated to extraordinary care for people with a disability, at every stage of life.

**Your role**
- Focus on impact; you will have realistic billable targets, with administration and scheduling support.

We have a **permanent, full-time** position available, located at our new** Bunbury**office. Part-time opportunities may also be considered.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- The Counsellor position will manage a varied caseload, providing day to day support to different people of all ages, living with a disability.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide a range of Counselling services, set goals and develop comprehensive therapy plans.
- Maintaining clinical records, client documentation and provide information and report on services delivered as per the requirements of CRM.
- Consultation with Advanced Clinician, Team Leader and relevant stakeholders as per the client's needs and contract requirements.
- Maintain and update current knowledge of client services, discipline best practice and procedures and support that of the department and organisation's needs.
- Ongoing evaluation and review of customer's progress in line with their goals and plans.
- Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Accredited Level 3 or above (AQF level 7) or a Masters of Counselling
- 2 years minimum experience working as a Counsellor in a relevant industry or organisation
- Experience working under the NDIS framework
- Experience working with pediatric customers or willingness to learn with supervision and support
- Previous experience in positive behaviour support is highly desirable
- All successful applicants must have or be willing to obtain a Drivers License, National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance prior to commencement.
