Our client is a large federal government agency. They are seeking several APS6 Change Delivery Officers to join a new and growing change practice, and partner with multiple large projects across the organisation.
- Richmond or Geelong based, with 3 days in the office per week
- 12 months initial contract plus future extensions
- APS6 level with an hourly rate of $60.26 plus super
**The role**
As a Change Delivery Officer, you will be joining a team responsible for partnering with business areas to support change initiatives that support a range of business and technology projects.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Preparing change impact and business change readiness assessments, transition to BAU (business as usual) plans with guidance, contributing to change management planning and strategy and approach
- Preparing, with guidance, change documentation, presentations, and data analysis, including edits and formatting to address audience and stakeholder requirements, such as for accessibility and senior executives
- Developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements, plans and schedules including proposing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Completing a range of diverse activities and tasks, as directed, related to planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation and evaluation of complex multi-disciplinary projects within the Agency and with external stakeholders
- Growing and developing internal relationships within the branch and across the Agency relevant to your area of responsibility and implementation requirements
- Leading and supporting special projects and continuous improvement activities as they arise within the team.
- Coordinating input to produce relevant, timely and accurate reports and ensuring branch reporting activities adhere to Agency standards and frameworks
**About you**
To be considered for these roles you will need:
- Previous experience in Change related roles
- Industry knowledge and experience within the disability sector and NDIS
- Previous experience within disability/healthcare providers, NGO's or government highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
