We are seeking a suitably qualified educator who holds either their Certificate III or Diploma for a full-time position to join our professional, friendly team.

**About you**

We are looking to appoint a Certificate III or Diploma Qualified educator who is passionate about the early years and thrives on delivering play-based learning experiences that use children's interests, curiosities and funds of knowledge.

This role requires a team player who is insightful and can contribute to our program with their unique skills and talents. This position will be part of the Centre's team which drives our philosophy, vision and values, as well as encouraging our team of passionate educators in their journey of continuous improvement.

Essential requirements and responsibilities for this position include:

- Diploma in Children's Services or working towards an approved early childhood qualification
- The ability to advocate and implement the educational program
- The ability to enlist a variety of teaching strategies to enhance all children's abilities
- To create and maintain an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy and effective learning environment
- Have good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues
- Have a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement and working as part of a team.
- Be experienced working with children in an early childhood setting
- The ability to use initiative and self-reflection to set goals to improve practice.
- Understanding of the National Quality Standards and The Early Years Learning Framework
