Lead Educator Role

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, families, and the community.
Develop and implement an effective early learning program reflecting current best practices.
Document and share children's learning and development with their families.
Contribute to the development of the Guardian Curriculum.
Pursue ongoing professional learning and development opportunities.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education.
Be currently registered with the relevant teaching authority.
Have proven experience as a Room Leader or similar in a preschool setting.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
Hold a current Working with Children's Check (NSW).
