The service is well-established and continues to grow in reach and impact across the local area.About the RoleWe are seeking a Casual Counsellor to deliver high-quality counselling services to our clients in school programs, with travel across Western Sydney and Southern Highlands.What You'll DoDeliver Therapeutic Support– Provide professional counselling aligned with preferred models.Client-Centred Planning– Develop and maintain clear, achievable case plans in collaboration with clients.Community Engagement– Promote the service through local partnerships, forums, and resource development.Compliance & Documentation– Maintain accurate records that meet organisational, legislative, and funding requirements.Continuous Development– Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.What You'll BringTertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or similarNSW Driver's LicenceGraduate membership with PACFA, AASW, APS or equivalentMinimum 160 hours of client contact in counsellingExperience in family, couple, or child/adolescent counsellingStrong communication and assessment skillsWe provide meaningful opportunities and choice, both for the individuals and communities we support and the dedicated people here who make it happen.At Anglicare, you'll get the security, stability and opportunities that come with a strong, well-established organisation that's ready for the future.
