The Opportunity
Ready to take your organisational and admin skills to the next level?
We're looking for a detail-driven go-getter to join our team as anAssociate Recruitment Partner— no recruitment experience needed, just the drive to learn and deliver.
As an Associate Recruitment Partner, you'll:
Manage and grow existing client accounts
Source, interview, and place top candidates
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Drive business growth through networking and outreach
Deliver on compliance, safety, and service excellence at every step
Have strong admin experience and want to step into recruitment/account management
Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Communicate clearly and confidently with people at all levels
Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Be proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Share our commitment to safety, quality, and client care
