This tier 1 independent advisor with a strong local platform and deal flow seeks a seasoned Associate level banker from an equally credible boutique, global IB or Big 4 M&A team.

You will be primarily involved in the execution of high end M&A deals. A key player in the origination and executions processes, your responsibilities will include modeling/valuation review, industry/market analysis and preparation of board papers. You will have strengths in financial modeling, be highly energetic with respect to client service standards and insightful in the advice you deliver. You will also be developing your business development skills and already be a proven leader of junior bankers.

You will have gained experience from a bulge bracket or boutique investment bank and your background will be in mergers and acquisitions / corporate advisory. You must be a self starter with the ability to work at high intensity levels. This role involves a significant amount of client interaction so confidence, outstanding communication skills and a desire to take a highly visible role are essential. First class modelling skills are essential as is an undergraduate degree HD/D average.
