Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using Tricentis Tosca to enable an automation-first approach.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Tosca test automation, including test case design, execution, and maintenance. They will also possess a solid understanding of testing lifecycle and methodologies, including functional and regression testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
Contribute to the design and enhancement of automation frameworks and solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions that deliver ROI.
Engage with third-party vendors where required to gather information essential to building robust automated test cases.
Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
Mandatory Skills and Competencies:
Strong experience in Tosca test automation.
Certified in Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 (AS1) and Level 3 (AS3).
Solid understanding of testing lifecycle and methodologies.
Proficient in using ALM or similar test management tools.
Comfortable liaising with third-party vendors to acquire technical details or test data as needed.
