Leading Australian Brand is looking for a Analytics Guru, to assist them on analysing and interpreting customer data, as as part of a large Contact Centre transformation.

Within this role you will focus on analysing Genesys PureCloud Voice data, speech analytics and then use this to draw insights and build reports (PowerBI).

Within this role you will be responsible for:

- Analyse Genesys PureCloud Voice data to extract valuable insights, including topic mining and sentiment analysis.
- Help develop data mining models, statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify key customer segments and to simulate impact of potential future business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency.
- Use data analysis to identify opportunities to improve contact centre performance.
- Analyse CRM data in Salesforce Service Cloud, including comments and interactions, to map holistic insights with Genesys voice transcript data.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ Years of Technical Data Experience.
- Proven experience using Genesys PureCloud.
- Expertise in speech analytics, topic mining, drawing insights, and building reporting.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM
- Strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
