Lead and drive success in our Early Years Management program
As an Early Years Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, financial management, and compliance.
Collaborate with State Operations and National Funding Teams to implement strategic initiatives and advocate for quality early education, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
**Your Impact**:
You will lead the charge in managing the Early Years Management program, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across financial, administrative, and governance aspects whille navigating a highly regulated environmeny.
By coaching and mentoring your team, you'll foster a high-performance culture, driving operational excellence and aligning goals with our strategic vision.
Your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and advocate for children, families, and the sector will amplify our service delivery.
Through effective financial management and compliance oversight, you will enhance our funded programs' performance and contribute to long-term strategic growth across Victoria and Tasmania.

**You'll bring to the table**:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant experience
Leadership experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting or in a comparable organisation with a focus on governance
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of early childhood education principles, practices, and regulations
Valid Victorian Working With Children Check
Valid Victorian drivers license
