Are you a passionate for backing, would like to learn delicious Sourdough and Croissants? Look no further We have an exciting opportunity for a apprentice Baker to join our Wholesale Bakery team in Tweed Heads, NSW. We are seeking a individual with no experience to join us straight away.
- Specialization:_ As an apprentice Baker in our team, you will have the opportunity to learn tantalizing Sourdough and Croissants as well as other Breads & Pastries from our experienced bakers. We value your skills and want to provide a platform for you to excel in your craft.

NO NIGHT SHIFT. DAY SHIFT WORK

**Responsibilities**:
a. Prepare doughs, mix ingredients, and handle the baking process for breads.

b. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure high-quality products.

c. Create and follow recipes, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

d. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following strict hygiene and safety standards.

**Requirements**:
a. Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and proofing.

b. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

c. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
