You will ideally also have a passion for hotels and hospitality and be hungry for experience that will further your career within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will work closely with the Assistant Outlet Manager and/or Operations Manager to ensure all food service periods run smoothly and to the highest standard.You will lead your team with setting up, packing down, and ensuring seamless service within the Outlets of Food & Beverage.
Whether it be briefing the team at the beginning; giving clear direction; or ensuring that each guest experience exceed their expectations; no two days will ever be the same.This is a busy and varied role with connection to all departments across the Hotel.
Your presentation, passion for service and eagerness to lead will be the key to creating a perfectly curated experience for our guests.Skills & ExperienceTo succeed as a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will need:Previous experience in hospitality venues - Hotels, Restaurants, etc.Hands on approach to work alongside your teamStrong Food and Beverage service skillsPrecise attention to detail with an intense desire to strive for excellence alwaysA confident, proactive and thorough problem solver, with strong conflict resolution skillsThe natural ability to remain calm under pressure when responding to last minute changesFlawless presentation and grooming together with the ability to connect with VIP guests and visitors is a must.Responsible Service of Alcohol certificateFull Australian Working Rights.
