Concrete Batcher

This is a full time, Monday to Friday role with overtime in accordance with business needs, including Saturday mornings.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Operating a concrete batch plant and front-end loader (FEL)
- Scheduling deliveries and taking customer orders
- Working in a high performing team, collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes for Hanson and the customer
- Able to demonstrate safety and show leadership potential
- Ensure all products meet 100% quality requirements
- Monitoring all plant and equipment maintenance requirements
- Managing maintenance tasks at the concrete plant, which includes a level of manual handling

- Are looking to obtain a Construction Card / White Card and FEL competency

- Can physically perform all tasks associated with the position
- Hold a valid HR licence (would be advantageous)
