**Join us as our new Shared Services Coordinator**

We are looking for another member to join our Survey and Inspection Team in Perth, Australia for a period of 12 months. Our working environment consists of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. In this role you will support the Survey and Inspection Regional Managers through the creation and the enhancement of the Shared Service by working closely with stakeholders to ensure objectives are completed on schedule and on budget, provide tendering, planning, preparation, execution, and reporting in support of the Shared Service objectives, assist with technical development including the analysis of new and the integration of emerging technologies and ensure work undertaken on shared service projects is professionally executed in compliance with company and client standards, safety, and quality metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Surveying; or Marine Sciences; or Engineering; or Computer Sciences
- Meet or exceed IMCA Guideline C001/C004Rev2 Job Category S11 for Senior Surveyor; or Senior Survey Engineer S12; or Senior Geophysicist S13; or Senior Data Processor S14; or Senior Pipeline Inspection Engineer S15
- 5 or more years' experience in a range of offshore and or onshore survey and/or inspection projects
- Nominally 24 months' experience, including 200 operational days offshore
- Experienced in a range of survey and or inspection software and equipment
- Client, Contractor and Supplier liaison
- Experienced in Project and Vessel mobilisations
- Broad understanding of Survey and Geomatics principles and/or subsea inspection practices
- Good understanding of industry guidelines and specifications, such as IMCA and IOGP
- Fluent in English
