Bubba Pizza Lilydale is looking for a dedicated and hands-on **Restaurant Manager** who can take full responsibility for the performance and success of the store. This is a leadership role for someone with strong food industry experience and a love for hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate all store operations to ensure daily efficiency
- Hire, train, develop and schedule team members
- Set performance goals and motivate staff to meet KPIs
- Maintain food preparation standards and product consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety, OH&S and workplace policies
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolution focus
- Create staff rosters based on budget and forecasted demand
- Manage inventory: ordering, stock control, wastage reduction
- Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance is up to standard
- Liaise with delivery drivers and manage delivery times
- Monitor performance metrics such as order accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction
- Enforce discipline and performance feedback among staff
- Promote upselling and local area marketing when possible
- Coordinate closely with franchise support and head office for compliance and updates

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months -1 year experience in a management or supervisory role in food/hospitality
- Pizza shop or quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience is **highly preferred**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage a busy team
- Excellent customer service focus
- Deep understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Skilled in rostering, ordering systems, and POS
- **Must have a valid driver's licence and own reliable car**:

- Must be available for all operational hours:

- Monday-Thursday: 4 PM - 10 PM
- Friday-Sunday: 12 PM - 11 PM
- Must be reliable, punctual, and highly responsible
- Permanent work rights in Australia

**Be a Key Leader in Our Store Operations**

We are looking for an energetic and dependable **Store Supervisor** to help manage day-to-day operations at Bubba Pizza Lilydale. You will assist the manager, support the kitchen and counter team, and ensure every shift runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead shifts and guide staff to meet service standards
- Monitor kitchen workflow and ensure food is prepped and served promptly
- Provide excellent customer service at counter, phone, and delivery coordination
- Train and support new team members
- Check and record temperature logs, cleaning tasks, and food safety compliance
- Manage opening and closing routines, including till and cash handling
- Coordinate with drivers for on-time deliveries and order accuracy
- Assist in stock take, restocking and notifying shortages to manager
- Support in handling minor disputes, errors, and customer feedback during shift
- Take initiative during busy periods to ensure staff are in the right place

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of experience in a hospitality or food industry role
- Must have prior pizza shop or kitchen experience
- Strong communication and basic leadership skills
- Must be confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with using POS systems and handling basic cash processes
- Knowledge of hygiene practices and ability to follow food safety procedures
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- **Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable car**:

- Flexible availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Legal right to work in Australia

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
