The role The Assistant Store Manager is our brand ambassador responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be their key support—ensuring the store's commercial success and managing operational aspects of a high-performing store.
Support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets while exemplifying Pandora's customer service standards.
Focus on retail operations including stock control, store procedures, team organization to optimize sales, managing store security, team rotas, and tracking sales performance.
Ensure the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Maintain a strong retail floor presence, managing team visibility around the store to influence sales; enjoying this environment is essential.
Be thoroughly trained in our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert.
Support the development of the store team to unlock their full potential.
Be available to work a Tuesday–Sunday roster.
The successful candidate Our Assistant Store Managers are ambassadors of the Pandora brand.
The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and passionate team player who can confidently support their team in delivering an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.
Experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred.
