About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join the heart of our operations - our housekeeping department in a variety of roles on a part-time basis.

House Person

The House person is a crucial role that aides the housekeeping team to ensure that standards of cleanliness are achieved.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Ensure housekeeping pantries are consistently stocked with supplies
- Empty dirty linen and trash from room attendant carts and take to the appropriate location.
- Check closets and clean as necessary.
- Respond to guest requests in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Public Area Attendant

The Public Area is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Hotel's public areas and back-of-house areas.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Vacuum carpets and stain free
- clean furniture, fixtures, glasses, mirrors and surfaces
- Regular checks of toilets
- Refill soap dispensers and toilet paper

Room Attendant

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Bed making
- Removing rubbish
- Replenishing supplies
- Cleaning furniture and fittings

**Qualifications**:

- Housekeeping experience preferred.
- Minimum 4 days availability
- Clear and pleasant communications skills
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
