You'll play a key role in ensuring a safe and uninterrupted linen supply that supports high-quality patient care across the hospital.As a Linen Assistant in the Linen Services team, you'll make a positive impact by:Delivering and collecting clean and soiled linen across hospital wards and unitsMonitoring stock levels and responding to linen requests efficientlyReporting stock volumes, usage trends, and linen qualityMaintaining safe segregation and collection of used linen for contractorsSupporting linen audits, quality improvement, and emergency stock readinessBuilding positive relationships with hospital staff and contractorsSerco is a place for youTo be successful in this role you'll have:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage time effectivelyExperience in a healthcare or hospitality setting (desirable)Understanding of infection control and OH&S practicesAbility to build respectful relationships with diverse stakeholdersUp-to-date vaccinations and a clear National Police CheckIn joining us, you'll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.
