You are engaging, approachable and have proven experience at delighting your clients.

You are a local to the Adelaide area, you have a good understanding of schools, entertainment options and other infrastructure

- Great communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively by prioritising & multitasking
- Attention to detail & well-developed organisational skills

**Responsibilities**
- view rental properties
- provide your opinion
- take video and photos of the property
- upload videos to an app
- video call with clients

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- A current Valid Australian Driver's License & own car
- Good knowledge of Adelaide and its suburbs

**Beneficial but not essential**
- real estate experience
- a real estate qualification or a desire to obtain a qualification,
- knowledge of the local school system
