**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clean up duties, including but not limited to and ranging from external building washing and general yard labour help**
**- Assist with outdoor cleaning and maintenance tasks, including waste disposal and tidying communal areas.**
**- Support the team in carrying out various labour tasks as required, including lifting and moving equipment or materials.**
**- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all.**
**- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly cleaning goals.**

- Pressure washing
- Yard maintenance
- Soft washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Roof cleaning
- Solar panel cleaning
- Window cleaning

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.25 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- labouring: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Working at Heights (preferred)
- EWP Ticket (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
