About The Role
We aim to make lives better and happier, enabling our ageing and disabled community members to live independently at home. Care visits may be scheduled at various times, including early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight, based on client needs.
Responsibilities
Provide genuine, compassionate, and personalized care experiences
Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship
Follow care plans developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
Ensure safety and proper use of equipment
Accurately complete records and documentation

Previous caregiving experience is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
Ability to report client care concerns appropriately
Reliable transportation to clients' homes; owning a vehicle is a plus
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support, Individual Support, Disability, or extensive industry experience
National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
NDIS Clearance
