: Melbourne Sports Institute provides quality coaches, officials (referees/umpires), first aid officers, and convenors to interschool sport competitions across Melbourne & Geelong. : Calling all enthusiastic Soccer Referees Melbourne Sports Institute is recruiting referees to officiate School Sport Competitions in Term 2 & 3, 2025.

**We are currently recruiting**:
Soccer Referees for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday lunchtime games.

Matches are played during the day and can range from tournaments to single fixtures from Monday to Friday. The season runs from April to mid-September, with flexible scheduling based on your availability. Staff are paid fortnightly and have the potential for further umpiring opportunities throughout the year.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Officiate school sports competitions with professionalism and fairness.
- Ensure adherence to game rules and maintain a safe playing environment.
- Collaborate with teams, coaches, and school staff to deliver high-quality officiating.

**Requirements**:

- Possess or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check (Volunteer and Employee Accepted).
- Have a strong understanding of soccer
- Experience in playing, coaching, or umpiring the sport.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a sporting environment.
