We're Hiring - Experienced Support Worker (Complex Needs)

Location: Toowoomba and surrounding areas

- sleepover shifts (either 4pm-8am & 5:30pm-9am)
8am-5pm

At Amazing ProCare, we are currently seeking a dedicated, initiative taker
and compassionate Support Worker with proven experience supporting participants with high and complex needs under the NDIS. If you're someone who brings empathy, resilience, and a strong work ethic to your role, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:
Demonstrated experience working with participants with complex behavioural or medical needs

Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care (highly desirable)

A valid Driver's Licence and reliable,
fully insured vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain - we can assist)

Ability to commit to a minimum of 20+ hours per week

Availability for at least one sleepover shift per week

Competence in personal care, domestic support, and community engagement

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred support in line with individual care plans

Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life

Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility

Support community participation and engagement

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $31.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- support worker : 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check/ Yellow Card (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- infection control (preferred)
- Blue Card (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Location**:

- Toowoomba QLD 4350 (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
