Strathfieldsaye Primary OSHClub is looking for a passionate and dedicated Coordinator to take ownership of an existing beautiful 60 licence capacity service located in Bendigo. This is a permanent part-time (36.00 hours per week) role for those looking for a step up in their career, experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing service and passionate about development of a team.
**Hours are as follows**: Monday - Friday, 06:30 - 9:00 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00 - 6:30 PM (Stay and Play Program) plus additional admin hours. The middle of your day is free plus you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the school
Strathfieldsaye Primary OSHClub is a large program which needs a fast-paced Coordinator, ideally someone with compliance experience. This is an in-ratio role which allows you to oversee and mentor your team, in a school that has a great existing relationship and a good community.
This service is partial pack up/down in a large open learning space.
