Powder Allocator

We are currently seeking interest for a **Cement Powder Allocator / Logistic Co-Ordinator** to join our Allocations team based at the Pinkenba Grinding Plant.

This permanent full-time role will working within the Sales and Distribution team. Your role is to ensure you do everything you can to make sure the right product is delivered on time and safely to our customers.

At Wagners we work as a team, you will work closely with our Customers, the Production Team and Sales Staff to achieve maximum fleet efficiency and the highest possible customer service standards.

This is a complex high-pressure role requiring lateral thinking and the ability to at times look outside the box for solutions. Working to critical deadlines you will be the go-to person for many of our customers. Whilst primary hours are Monday to Friday you will need to take out of hours calls and respond to issues that may arise from time to time.

**About you**:

- Experience in transport or logistics, ideally within the cement or concreting industry
- Experience in vehicle/load allocations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise under time pressures.
- Industry or other qualifications such as Cert IV in Logistics would be beneficial.
- Strong team focus and ability to build relationships with people quickly.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience with Pronto would be beneficial.
