We have a style for every story.About The RoleReporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for maximising store performance through the key areas of team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control whilst focusing on delivering a premium customer experience.About YouAt least 2 years' retail management experience in a high end or premium retail environmentDemonstrated experience in driving store performance and the achievement of sales targets and KPIsProven ability and passion to lead, coach and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environmentResults driven with strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsThe ability to prioritise tasks and expectationsAn obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentationFlexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demandsResponsibilitiesBring your passion for retail to life, delivering exceptional customer-focused service telling the brands story of authenticity and confidence.Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft efficient rosters.Drive team performance, productivity, and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth for our team members.Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising that reflects the essence of the brand.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and synergy.Embody our values of:We are a collective, We thrive on change, We are built to last, We play to win.Where do I sign?
