Candidates should have at least two years of management experience and be ready to advance their career.
Responsibilities The Store Manager supports the Regional Manager and is responsible for the store's success, including: Maximizing sales growth through exceptional customer service Building customer loyalty Leading and motivating the team to meet targets and KPIs Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to staff Managing store KPIs such as sales targets, wages, and margins Implementing visual merchandising standards for store presentation Controlling inventory and managing loss prevention Ensuring store safety by adhering to health and safety policies Who You Are You should love fashion, be bold, energetic, and enthusiastic.
