**Job Description**:
Toll Group Fuels division is seeking a Supervisor to plan, manage and facilitate the total fleet scheduling and stock control activities for Toll's metro fuels contracts. This role will base out of our East Rockingham multi user terminal, and service 7 major fuels customers, across 450 sites within metro Perth.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will manage up to 70 drivers and provide accurate data in relation to contract KPI's to the operational team on a daily basis. This role will work on a 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off roster.

Join a large contract logistics provider and take advantage of the roster to work 6 months of the year This full time permanent role offers genuine career progression and access to our bespoke online learning and development platform.

As the Supervisor, you will:

- Ensure daily driver schedules are kept current and confirmed to meets business requirements.
- Champion safety and ensure all staff are conforming to customer, site and legislative safety regulations and processes.
- Provide detailed loading documentation, including Loading Plan, delivery documents and Journey Management Plan for all deliveries.
- Maintain and foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A background in transport planning, scheduling or allocating highly desirable.
- A positive attitude, with a teamwork and customer focus.
- To be able to work on a rotating AM PM roster.
- A focus on safety, and alignment with Toll Values.
