**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Are you are looking for that next step up from a Maintenance Technician to a Maintenance Team leaderthen LOOK NO FURTHER **

We have a new opportunity for a motivated and experienced **Industrial Electrician **to join the team as a **Maintenance Team Leader **working at our customer site at **Minchinbury, NSW **.

Position requirement:

- **12 hour shift pattern (6.00 pm - 6.00 am)**
- **4 on / 4 off roster pattern**
- **Including weekday and weekends**
- **Site operates 24/7**

The position is permanent full time, with **exceptional remuneration and company benefits.**

To be successful in this role you must have proven experience in leading a maintenance team of skilled electricians and maintenance fitters with industrial automation experience.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be servicing clients' equipment in accordance with project and service agreements, whilst also identifying opportunities for improvement in the manufacture or performance of systems and products. Adhering to and promoting safety standards and work is also a vital component of the role. Leading a small team to ensure system maintenance and optimisation requirements are achieved.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Electrical**:

- Must have a **full Unrestricted Electrical Licence (Australian)**
- PLC experience in Siemens S7 and SCADA is an advantage

**Mechanical**:

- Fitter Trade qualification is ideal (not mandatory)
- Mechanical maintenance experience is highly regarded in industrial environments

**Attributes sought include**:

- Leadership experience in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of the maintenance services
- Great multi-tasking and delegation skills assigning tasks to appropriate trades.
- Experience with mechanical and pneumatic systems, computerised maintenance systems, and automation (conveyors and sortation systems) is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Understanding of OH&S requirements
- PLC experience/exposure for troubleshooting (preferably Siemens S7)
- Ability to work in isolation and make decisions
- Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with customers
