**About the Team**

Overflowing with expertise, Group Services keeps MYOB highly tuned and up and running. Made up of several specialisd teams including commercial, finance, legal and risk, these are the professionals who drive our business performance, while always ensuring we've dotted our I's and crossed our T's

**The opportunity**

As part of the Group Finance team, seconded to a transformation program, you will play a central role in redefining the Order to Cash (OTC) process as the business implements new purchasing and billing systems.

This program is more than a system implementation, it is a back-office transformation program. As such, the role is broad, covering all aspects of the order-to-cash process to guide MYOB in making the best decisions as we reinvent our billing systems, processes and reporting.

**The role**
- Own the creation of new end-to-end OTC processes, by defining the 'to be' processes with an understanding of the accounting implications, finance systems integrations, system controls and reporting to ensure operations are balanced;
- Lead the 'out of the box/zero customisations' thinking to drive the transformation of our back office;
- Define and build new standard reporting requirements to support Group Finance & operational decision-making and regulatory compliance;
- Define and implement system controls and establish processes for ongoing management of system changes;
- Be responsible for the management of external audit oversight of the program, including system control reviews; and
- Be a change agent to communicate optimally and efficiently on the project and support the longer-term value creation for the business.

**What you will bring**
- Understanding of the software and/or technology industry
- Background in finance/accounting such that OTC processes and concepts including revenue recognition and tax reporting requirements are understood
- Intellectual curiosity with an analytical mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curiosity about understanding complex system interactions
- Ability to build and maintain strategic working relationships with both internal and external partners at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to communicate broadly across all areas of MYOB
