Plantation Homes, part of the Henley Properties Group, is a leading residential builder known for quality, innovation, and affordability. We're seeking an experienced Production Draftsperson to join our Springwood team, in a role that offers flexibility and professional growth.

You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your work directly contributes to helping Queenslanders build the homes they love. We invest in your future with strong foundations, ongoing development, and a team that genuinely cares.

**What You'll Do**
- Prepare accurate working drawings including sitings, floor plans, elevations, and slab layouts
- Use a customised version of ArchiCAD for detailed cabinetry, steel, and façade drawings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the construction lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations

**About You**
- Experienced in residential construction and project homes
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in problem-solving
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
- Passionate about delivering quality and customer satisfaction
