We're working with one of the region's most beloved bakeries Noosa Gourmet, location in 11 Venture Dr Noosaville QLD is looking for a passionate Baker to join their team.This isn't just another bakery job, it's your chance to create beautiful baked goods every day, work with high quality ingredients, and bring smiles to loyal customers with every loaf, roll, or pastry.
Key Responsibilities Crafting everything from sourdough to sweets, shaping, proofing, baking, and presenting to perfection Mastering dough work and oven timing like a pro Keeping the bakery sparkling clean, safe, and organized Collaborating with the store owner to manage inventory, place orders, and control production costs Taking charge of stocktakes and making sure nothing's ever out of place RequirementsWhat We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring: A genuine passion for baking, the kind that gets you excited to start before the sun rises A Certificate IV in Baking (or equivalent) At least 2 years' experience post-qualification in a commercial bakery A love for early mornings — finish work before most people finish their first coffee

RequirementsDemonstrated passion for cooking.
