NSW Government Agency is looking for a Principal Procurement Advisor with a background in Tech/ICT procurement to join their team in Sydney CBD

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of impactful solutions, enhancing business decisions, and ensuring procurement compliance. Implement effective governance mechanisms for improved compliance and streamlined procurement processes.

**About the role**:

- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies for maximum business value.
- Analyse markets and supply arrangements, advising on initiatives like Mobile Network Operator (MNO) roaming agreements.
- Negotiate agreements, monitor performance, and foster supplier relationships.
- Coach and mentor the team for better sourcing and engagement skills.
- Contribute to procurement plans with strategic insights on markets and suppliers.
- Establish engagement and governance strategies for effective supplier relationships.
- Oversee organisation-wide procurement, offering expert advice to stakeholders.

**Essentials**:

- Tertiary qualifications in procurement or contract management or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in Australian Mobile Network Operators' commercial frameworks, with an understanding of roaming agreements.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-profile, strategic projects within defined time and budget constraints.
