Your role involves building strong relationships with dealers and fostering their success within the Maxis business journey.**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and execute strategies for distributor efficiency and dealer development* Expand distribution points and maintain healthy trade buffer stock* Train and develop dealers in product knowledge, selling skills, and IT systems* Design and implement effective sales campaigns* Ensure compliance with trade visitation cycles* Submit management reports in a timely manner* Plan and prioritize network expansion**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field* 5-7 years of work experience, including 2-4 years in a similar industry* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong research, analytical, planning, and organizational skills* Personal traits: positive, passionate, collaborative, self-starter, able to perform under pressure, team playerMaxis values diversity and inclusion.
