Lendlease have an exciting opportunity for a Village Response Attendant for the Serviced Apartments at Brentwood Village in Kincumber.
You will be an enthusiastic, committed, and reliable providing onsite resident assistance and response on a Permanent Part-Time basis.
Your main shift will be listed below. Extra shift may be required.
- Tuesday night - 5pm - 9.30pm > Sleepover > 6.30am - 7.30am
- Sunday day shift - 8am - 4.30pm
Duties will include responding to pendant call outs, undertaking basic first aid and calling an ambulance when needed, light cleaning, security checks and helping with the dining team.
To be successful you will have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate (willing to obtain, onsite training provided)
- CPR Certificate (willing to obtain, onsite training provided)
- Broad understanding of the legislation, regulations and requirements
- Motivated and able to take initiative

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre-employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
