WE ARE HIRING WAITSTAFF

Bar Biscotti is a vibrant, well established cafe in the heart of North Strathfield and one of the first projects of the Bearded Bakers. We are a very well established cafe where quality coffee, great drinks, and warm hospitality all come together. Whether it's a morning espresso, a lazy brunch or and afternoon matcha, we're all about creating a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere for our guests. We're looking for passionate, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team as cafe waitstaff.

**Your Role**

As a **Waiter/Waitress at Biscotti**, you'll be the friendly face of our cafe. You'll provide attentive table service, engage with customers, and help maintain the welcoming vibe that keeps people coming back.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials or recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve drinks and dishes with attention to timing and presentation
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and service areas
- Work closely with baristas, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times

**What We're Looking For**
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but not essential
- A friendly, approachable attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and positive during busy periods
- Team player with a proactive work ethic
- Flexible availability (weekends, mornings, or evenings may be required)
- A passion for coffee, food, and creating great customer experiences
