Travel to Brisbane will be required on a monthly basis.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're on the lookout for aPrincipal Power Systems Engineerto join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive technical excellence across a range of power system studies using tools likePSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory, and Hypersim.You'll bring your expertise inend-to-end grid connection processes, guiding the technical delivery of complex studies and ensuring seamless integration with the grid.
Your experience withgenerator performance standardsand a deep understanding ofSchedule 5 of the NERwill be key to your success.What sets you apart is your ability tobuild strong relationships—whether you're collaborating withNSPs, AEMO, or mentoring junior engineers.

Ideally, you'll bring:A degree (or higher) inElectrical Engineering, Computer Science, or MathematicsSenior-Principal level experiencedelivering complex, high-voltage grid connection projects—ideally across design, build, and commissioning phasesA strong focus onhealth, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ), with a knack for inspiring teams and driving great results—both commercially and for our clientsGreat people skills—you know how to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and work with customers and senior stakeholders to find the best way forwardChartered status with Engineers AustraliaandRPEQ registration(or you're actively working towards it and keen to get there)WHY USThis is your chance to be part of a reputable, forward-thinking company with a strong brand and a culture that values innovation, collaboration and excellence.
