This is a busy and highly motivated team who are responsible to assess and issue a variety of occupation permits and consents relating to building and utility works within the municipality.The successful applicant will have:An understanding of relevant legislation including the Road Management Act and associated Consents and Council's Local Laws and the permits issued under them.Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage a high workload of permits with a strong focus on customer service.Great problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.For further information, please see the Position Description attached orMary Murphy Acting Coordinator Construction Management Permits / Yarra City Council isDynamic Organisation.
