The Position Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the role requires an exceptional Data Entry Clerk to assist the QA Team and Redox staff in maintaining Product Specifications, Certificates of Analysis and other QA-related duties.Clerical duties including Data EntryProcess Certificate of Analysis (C of A's) and follow-up non-conformances to ensure conformity to standards requiredInvestigating and updating technical dataMaintaining Product Specifications and related documentationAssist in providing quality industry related information to sales staff and customersEnsure validity of all supplier information documents uploaded in system About you The ideal candidate will display exceptional verbal and written skills, excellent time management skills and have intermediate computer literacy skills in the Microsoft suite.Previous experience in an office support role, liaising with staff at various levels and divisions of the business.Fast and accurate Data Entry skillsTertiary qualifications in Science or related disciplines (desirable)Certificate of Analysis and product specification experience would be an advantage.Flexibility and the ability to think on your feet Rewards & Benefits Joining a friendly and supportive team at a time of great opportunity and growthCertified Great Place to WorkCompetitive salary package inclusive 17.5% leave loadingCompany-performance bonus paid bi-annually1-day WFH (post probation)Annual Salary reviewsLunch provided daily onsite5mins off the M5 MotorwaySecure onsite parking How to APPLY Provide us with a current resume or through our website Redox is an equal opportunity employer which enjoys the benefit of a diverse team.
