**About the Centre**

The York Recreation & Convention Centre (YRCC) is the sporting hub of York and is located within the Forrest Oval precinct, just off an hour east of Perth. YRCC is home to 11 of the area's sporting clubs and provide a great hospitality venue for the whole community and its visitors to enjoy. YRCC offers casual, well-priced dining options during the weekend and the bar/café portion is currently open 5 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday.

**The Role**

We are looking for someone to help keep the facility clean, safe and hygienic for our centre users and members. The role will also include the below;
- Comply with and follow all OHS, Risk and Environmental policies and procedures
- Follow safe work methods and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety requirements for staff and program operation

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Police Check
- First Aid and current CPR Certificate
- A knowledge of accepted cleaning practices
- An ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Neat presentation/attire

Previous industry experience is highly regarded
