We are searching for a Raw Material Store Person to join our team. This positions involves managing the inventory of raw materials in the production workshop. This includes receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials to production teams, as well as keeping accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receiving and inspecting incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Storing raw materials in designated areas using proper storage methods to prevent damage or spoilage.
- Issuing raw materials to production teams in a timely manner to ensure production schedules are met.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records using computer systems or manual methods.
- Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Communicating with production teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Coordinating with other departments such as quality control and procurement to ensure smooth operation of the raw material supply chain.
- Maintain a safe workspace and abide by all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Work in accordance with all R.M. Williams policies, principles, and procedures
- Other duties as directed

Experience / Technical Requirements
- Forklift License, preferable
- Warehousing experience & or/ training, preferable
- Attention to detail for accurate inventory management
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in production schedules and raw material availability
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong problem-solving skills for issues in the raw material supply chain
- Commitment to safety and following safety regulations and procedures
- Proactive initiative to improve inventory management processes and and increase efficiency
- Ability to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment
