Building homes for first home buyers, B1 Homes is continually growing to deliver a professional service to customers and produce award winning homes, which requires a well-versed team backing our products.

**The Role**

We are currently seeking a trainee scheduler to join our Scheduling team based in Osborne Park, in a permanent full-time position. Responsible for effectively compiling accurate 'Bill of Quantities' ensuring all materials and resources required are sourced from the 'Price Book' and scheduled in line with the construction plan. The role will be accountable for liaising with suppliers to ensure the ordering of materials, including on-site extras are delivered to site to support the build process and achieve build targets.

**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Seeking to pursue a career in construction.
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Preferably experienced with Databuild and Microsoft excel
- Provide support to scheduling and construction team
- Preparing material and labour quantities for residential, double brick, single storey homes
- Compile and analyse cost control reporting
- Approving and possessing invoices
