Reporting to the **Insights and Solutions Manager**, the **Condition Monitoring Supervisor** will act as a guide and coach for a team of condition monitoring in addition to continuous improvement projects relating to our Customer Value Agreements (CVAs).
You must ensure the customer receives a high level of support by working with key branch service personnel to execute parts and service agreement obligations.

Roster 5/2
- Mechanical trade qualification, coupled with a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience in heavy asset equipment maintenance ,
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal),
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships,
- Highly developed attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives,
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives,
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
- Knowledge of and experience in utilising continuous improvement and lean principle methodologies
